Working collaboratively with other organisations is important to drive progress, share learning and generate ideas for doing things differently. We work in partnership with a number of organisations to achieve this:

 Business in the Community (BITC) We are a member of the Prince’s Responsible Business Network through Business in the Community (BITC), we actively support:

  • Enterprise Leadership Team
  • Circular Economy Taskforce
  • arc Programme supporting the development of Social Enterprises in the Yorkshire Region
We are a member of the Aldersgate Group, an alliance of leaders from business, politics and civil society that drives actions for a sustainable economy.
Social Enterprise UK We are a member of Social Enterprise UK who help support and grow the social enterprise movement. We’ve worked with SEUK to establish the annual Social Value Summit and are supporting the Buy Social Corporate Challenge.
Prince of Wales We joined the Prince of Wales’s ‘Corporate Leaders Group’ to promote solutions on climate change to policymakers and business peers within the EU and globally.
UK Green Business Council We joined the UK Green Business Council as a Gold Leaf member to promote our vision for a sustainable built environment, championing sustainability, advocating practices that are responsible, ethical and fair, as well as sharing our progress with others.
ERSA As a member of ERSA we help people gain sustainable employment and progress in work through the delivery of employment related services.
We are a member of the Association of Employment and Learning Providers. We deliver apprenticeships and skills training in the workplace, as well as programmes for the unemployed.
We are active members of the BSA and in 2014 contributed to the development of the Responsible Cleaner Scheme to protect and promote the welfare and development of employees, and promote the professionalisation of the industry.
BSA We are a member of Build UK representing the voice of the construction industry. We are Construction Logistics and Cyclist Safety (CLOCS) Champions, support the Build UK Safety Helmet Colours Standard and the Build UK Training Standard.
FM Supply Chain Sustainability School Interserve became a founding member of the FM Supply Chain Sustainability School in 2014. This provides free online e-learning and self-assessment tools to help supply chain partners to deliver sustainability.
CBI Through our membership of the CBI we champion the positive role played by business in society and help ensure the business voice is heard on topics including skills, infrastructure, innovation and regulation.
Policy Exchange Business Forum We are a member of the Policy Exchange Business Forum, contributing ideas, commenting on policy, advising on research programmes and encouraging innovation in key areas of social and economic policy.
All-Party Parliamentary Group for Skills and Employment, The All-Party Parliamentary Group for Skills and Employment, which raises the profile of skills policy and its role in economic and personal development, in Parliament and across the UK.
All-Party Parliamentary Corporate Responsibility Group We’re members of the All-Party Parliamentary Corporate Responsibility Group (APP-CRG) promoting debate and understanding of corporate social responsibility within Parliament.
Partner of Considerate Constructors We are Partner of Considerate Constructors promoting best practice in construction site management, health & safety, workforce wellbeing, community engagement and environmental awareness.
Association of Graduate Recruiters We are members of the Association of Graduate Recruiters, an employer-led membership organisation aiming to ensure that businesses can recruit and develop student talent for the benefit business and the needs of the UK economy.
Women in Science and Engineering We are a corporate member of the WISE (Women in Science and Engineering) campaign, encouraging more women to follow careers in science, technology, engineering and maths.
